We created an exciting design for 3 apartments and a small commercial office on this 405m2 block of land in inner city Brisbane. The design focused on capturing north light to all living spaces as well as privacy to bedrooms. An oversized pergola provides greenery up to the upper levels and 6 car spaces were provided with turntable at the rear of the site. This is a great example of maximizing a small lot for mixed use on an inner city site.
