Landsborough is located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland and this new commercial warehouse is located in a new Industrial Estate. The client, a modular steel frame builder needed a warehouse to construct off-site steel framed modules before they would be transported to sites.

It was decided that they only required half of the space so 2 warehouses were created so some income could be generated as part of the development.

The showrooms each consisted of a showroom and meeting/ administration space at the entry and the remainder of the space is a large open warehouse for maximum flexibility.
