This design of a new affordable residence with 2 bedrooms and living area upstairs and 2 bedrooms and smaller living area downstairs was aimed at allowing the residents to age in the house and move downstairs in the future.

The client wanted to maximise the north eastern distant views, lights and breezes so the house design focuses on a large upper level north east facing deck which will provide a generous indoor /outdoor sub- tropical living environment for the family.
