A beautiful old timber workers cottage in Brisbane’s inner city suburb of Coorparoo is in a floor zone so only the upper level was able to be built in.

A small kitchen and no dining area was frustrating the owners so they decided to extend the rear of the house by 10m and create a new open living / dining and kitchen space. A bedroom was change to become an ensuite bathroom and robe and the old kitchen become the fourth bedroom.
