This design of a new 3 storey residence aims to take advantage of fantastic north facing city views in the inner city Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo. The residence is located in a character area so the timber and tin aesthetic prevalent in Brisbane was used but in a slightly more contemporary manner.

The project consists of a 5 car basement which is discreetly located and 2 levels of residential above.

CM Architects advised the client to locate all of the living areas on the top floor to take advantage of the city views and an open style living, kitchen and dining was created with a large outdoor terrace, outdoor bbq / kitchen all north facing for day long enjoyment.

A pool on the top level finished off the fantastic amenity and lifestyle that this new house provides for the client to enjoy sub-tropical Brisbane.
