This project involved the creation of a new kitchen/living /dining at the rear of the house which would open up these areas to the north light and north east breezes.

The rear of the house was completely transformed as can be seen in the before and after photos.

We decided to extend the master bedroom out towards the rear yard as well and create a second bathroom as well as the new kitchen and high roof over the roof deck.
