The client’s brief for this resort style residence was to provide a spacious, beautiful and low maintenance tropical house on an elevated site with amazing views of Lautoka Harbour.

Laser cut screens create a level of shading to the walls as well as privacy to the interior and provide filtered light through to the glazing set in from the screens and the house entry.

A main feature of the house is the large open living /dining/kitchen opening to a long and wide terrace for entertaining and an infinity pool across the rear opening up to the sunset views.

A lift will provide access to the upper levels with expansive bedrooms all with water views, ensuite bathrooms and walk in robes. A parent’s retreat with water views is also included as well as gym and media room.
