best practice medical GP services in a contemporary medical facility. The design has focused on bringing natural light into all patient spaces and integrates timber and white into the interior design.

The centre will also include 4Cyte pathology as well as other allied health consultants across the786m2 of health spaces.

The front facade angles towards the street to provide a welcoming entry and also to expand the street visibility with striking vertical elements above a white and fresh lower level façade. Consultant rooms all have natural light and ventilation for a more pleasant doctor/ patient experience and there is plentiful parking on site.

The development stage 2 will include a 3 storey apartment building with large balconies and spacious living areas.
