This project incorporates a main house with a courtyard garden separating a second dwelling granny flat on a steep site near the Brisbane river.

The living areas are located on the top floor to take advantage of the river views and also better access to natural light and breezes.

A large timber screen is used to screen the garage and create a welcoming entry.
