The elevated site for this new house has lovely district views of the mountains beyond. The client wanted a single storey low maintenance house that provided a contemporary open living / dining/ kitchen and which captured the breezes to reduce the need for AC.

An infinity pool at the front takes advantage of the mountain views and the coloured render to the exterior means it won’t need to be re-painted later.
